The house is situated on a hidden, corner lot in a cul-de-sac.
Although the façade facing the street is closed, the house itself is open, welcoming, and exposed.
From the moment you enter the property, you are immediately drawn to the central garden, which is an integral part of the seamless indoor-outdoor experience that defines the space.
The goal was to create a home where you feel connected to the outdoors from every room and area, allowing nature to flow into the interior.
For this project, high-quality lighting from the Italian brand IGUZZINI, which replicates natural sunlight (CRI 97), was chosen.
For decorative lighting, fixtures from brands such as ZAVA, BOMMA, and others were selected.
