Tel Aviv Beach Park – A Unique Project by the Tel Aviv Municipality and "Atarim" Company
In addition to the preservation and reinforcement of the cliff, a pedestrian promenade, bicycle paths, balconies, and resting benches were built.
Lighting designer Amir Brenner was tasked with planning the lighting while considering functional illumination, taking into account the climate and proximity to the sea. The design also incorporated eco-friendly lighting, in line with ecological requirements, and primarily artistic lighting design that would blend with the architects' visual language and enhance the natural beauty of the location.
The lighting fixtures selected for the project are BRENTA BOLLARD light poles, manufactured by NERI ITALY, made of concrete. We were required to make adjustments to meet the planning requirements and the lighting department of the Tel Aviv Municipality, including a unique color shade chosen specifically for the project by the project's architects, Urbanoff Studio.
These lighting fixtures were installed along the main pathway, approximately 3 meters apart, with the results shown here.
In addition, recessed lighting fixtures were supplied for the stair railing and the railing leading down to the sea. The selected fixtures for this purpose are
WALKY models, manufactured by IGUZZINI ITALY.
