The house had suffered from fire damage that consumed the entire interior.
The main and necessary change was moving the kitchen from a closed space to the open living area, alongside the dining area and the entertainment zone.
The house's non-standard structure required careful and precise planning for recessed lighting fixtures in a relatively low gypsum ceiling.
